Like at the San Diego Zoo and Stone Brewing Co., I was hired to lead Taylor’s entire social media program. Managing the social media presence of a big brand is a big job. You need someone who is experienced, confident, and vigilant to succeed. Shortly after I was hired we overtook our main competitor in terms of reach, engagement, and growth. Taylor’s social media program is also the “most engaged” of our competitor set.
